Shower Thoughts

 There’s really nothing great about them. Really. Imagine it. You. Alone. But you’re not really truly alone. It’s you, left to the mercy and whims of your head. 

Most of the time, I’d much rather prefer my shower thoughts to not come to me at all—most of the time, I’d much rather forget the things I recall to have never happened to begin with. 

And the worst part is, it's not like I did something wrong or something I regret or something downright dreadful and illegal, it’s because I’d much rather live my life without it happening—you know?

I’d much rather live my life without most of the memories that seem to come back to me only in the shower.
